This policy applies to digital products purchased from How to Crypto 101, operated by Frogner Media.

Digital products

Crypto for Beginners is supplied as a digital PDF. No physical product is shipped, so physical returns are not applicable.

After payment is confirmed, access to the digital product is provided electronically.

Change-of-mind refunds

Because digital products can be accessed immediately, we generally do not provide change-of-mind refunds after the ebook has been downloaded or accessed.

This does not limit any cancellation, refund, replacement or other rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

European Economic Area and United Kingdom customers

If you are a consumer in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you may normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from an online purchase.

When you expressly request immediate delivery of the ebook and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal may be lost once downloading or access begins, that right ends when delivery begins, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

If the legally required consent, acknowledgement or purchase information was not provided, your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Problems with your order

Please contact us if:

  • You did not receive the download link.

  • The download link does not work.

  • The PDF is corrupted or cannot be opened.

  • You were charged more than once for the same order.

  • You received the wrong product.

  • The product is materially different from its description.

  • The digital product is otherwise defective.

We will first attempt to correct the problem by providing a working download or replacement file. If we cannot resolve a qualifying problem within a reasonable time, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include a full or partial refund where required by applicable law.

Educational product

The ebook is provided for educational and informational purposes only. It does not provide personalized financial, investment, tax or legal advice and does not guarantee any financial outcome.

A refund will not normally be provided solely because a purchaser expected personalized advice, trading signals, investment recommendations or financial results that the product does not promise.

Requesting assistance or a refund

Contact us at support@howtocrypto101.com and include:

  • Your full name

  • The email address used for the purchase

  • Your order number

  • A description of the problem

  • A screenshot of any error message, if applicable

We aim to respond within five business days.

Approved refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. After a refund is issued, your bank or payment provider may require up to 10 business days to process it.

Where permitted by law, access to the digital product may be disabled following a full refund, and you must delete any downloaded copies.

Statutory consumer rights

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or replaces rights that cannot legally be excluded under the consumer laws applicable to you.
